The following looks are representative of what you might find and what we can help you create for your own wardrobe at THE MINT. We hope you find some inspiration, shop your own closet with new eyes and come in for a visit and view our fresh-wears.
- Linda in LBD
Linda is turning heads in a curve flattering little-black-dress (LBD) from Forever 21 with ruffles in all the right places. Her beaded clutch is vintage La Regale Ltd. and the beaded accents are faceted semi-precious stones designed locally by Ree-Pete Designs. She has paired this look with patent leather platform sandals from Nine West and a rose ring previously purchased from THE MINT.
- Giovanna in J. Crew
Giovanna’s look takes a classic and gives it a more youthful vibe. This J. Crew tank dress is paired with a uniquely shaped BCBG textured leather bag for more spunk.
- Grecian Goddess
Janelle in this royal blue mini-dress from Twenty-one is channeling her inner Grecian goddess. Her look is enhanced by her criss-crossing strappy sandals from Athensantal. Brass chandelier earrings and old world bangles give this ensemble the finishing touches.
- Jessica dons Ed Hardy
Our next look is perfect for the student on the go. Jessica is donning a pink and black striped long hoodie from Ed Hardy. we have paired it with leggings from Romeo and Juliet Couture and black suede boots. We have added a little bling with cz oversized hoop earrings and a large cz cocktail ring.
Vintage Diane Fres'
Melissa is modeling a fun, feminine vintage floral by Diane Fres’. This look is paired with two beaded gold Monet strands one worn at the neck the other doubled at the wrist. Also accenting in gold are her Dolce Vita leather wedges and wire wrapped Swarovski crystal ring, a local design by Ackels Adornments exclusively for THE MINT.
Peter goes Retro-Metro
Our next model is sporting a retro-metro look. My lovely husband, Peter is wearing a vintage Youngbloods shirt with perched birds. Vintage paired with trendy, gray wash 7 for All Mankind denim and G-Series loafers from Haan/Nike presenting an urban vibe.
New York inspired
Our next look is definitely New York inspired…..think SJP. Holly is wearing an Asian-influenced black duster jacket paired with a satin blouse and 7 for All Mankind cropped jeans. This outfit is all about the accessories and how to take high end investment pieces from your wardrobe and pair them with casual looks for more use and versatility. Her black suede stiletto heals are by Gianmarco Lorenzi, the gold patent-leather carry-all is Luella of London and the jewelry is an eclectic layering of semi-precious and costume to give the entire ensemble a more playful feel.
INC Fringed Suede Jacket
This look is inspired by our native southwest. Giovanna is effortlessly stunning in this fringed suede jacket from INC. the right jacket can polish off a basic look. Here we have paired it with well worn Joes Jeans, a white tank from Michael Stars, a leather satchel and cowgirl boots in a rich camel color from Zodiac. the finishing touch is a large turqoise and gold cross necklace.
Fashion Flirty in XXI
Jessica is fashion-flirty in this double vee-neck striped dress from XXI and asset-framing vintage black leather belt. Her platform strappy leather peep-toes are from Simply Vera. The bucket style bag is from Coach and her jewelry is from Park Lane.
